Radaris: status and what to do
Radaris used to be one of the most-searched people-search sites. As of October 26, 2026, radaris.com no longer shows a people-search site or its old opt-out form. Both radaris.com and its old /control/privacy opt-out address show a court notice saying the domain was transferred by court order.
radaris.com/control/privacy (now shows a court notice)
Quick facts
- Cost
- n/a
- Expected time
- Not applicable. There is no working opt-out to time. Official page
- Do listings come back?
- Not applicable while the domain shows the notice. Not stated
- Official link
- https://radaris.com/control/privacy
What to do instead
- Do not search for a Radaris opt-out form and trust the first result. The official address now shows a court notice, so any site claiming to run a 'Radaris opt-out' today is not Radaris.
- If you want to check for yourself, open radaris.com/control/privacy and read the notice.
- Use the other guides in this directory for brokers that are still operating.
- Check back here. Radaris's operators may contest the judgment, so the situation could change. We will update this page when we re-verify.
What this will not do
- The notice says a New Jersey court entered a final judgment by default under Daniel's Law against Radaris.com, Rehold.com and Trustoria.com, and transferred radaris.com to Atlas Data Privacy Corporation. It describes protections for covered persons such as law enforcement officers and judges.
- We have not verified whether data held elsewhere by Radaris's former operators, or by sister sites, has been removed. Independent reports say the former operators have challenged the judgment, so this could change.
If something goes wrong
The notice on radaris.com points to the court docket (Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, Docket No. MID-L-000847-24) for further information.
How we verified this page
Last verified 2026-10-26. Broker forms change without notice. If a step no longer matches what you see, trust the broker's page and tell us.
Confirmed on the broker's own pages
- radaris.com and radaris.com/control/privacy both showed the court-order transfer notice when fetched on 2026-10-26. The notice cites Atlas Data Privacy Corporation, et al. v. Radaris.com, et al., Docket No. MID-L-000847-24, and a final default judgment dated August 27, 2026.
Reported by third parties only (not confirmed by the broker)
- Independent articles (delistmydata.com, MalwareZero, and a court filing found via PacerMonitor) say the judgment is being contested by Radaris-related parties and that the site could return.
Could not verify
- Whether the site will come back, and whether Radaris's data is still held or sold elsewhere.
- Status of related domains named in the judgment (Rehold.com, Trustoria.com): we did not check them.
